Alterations and additions to a suburban bungalow in which two schemes were prepared in response to client requirements and conditions of Council approval. The first scheme added a second storey with master bedroom and study comprising a new attic bedroom level and extended ground and first floors. The second scheme extended towards the rear of the house increasing the size of the living areas and adds a fourth bedroom, study, new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry.
