This proposal is for a new house which faces the road that follows the ocean front. High dunes stand between the house and the sea and therefore the living areas have been elevated to look over the dunes. At the rear a north facing courtyard offers a wind protected environment for gatherings and play at any time of the year. A large terrace over the main level provides great entertaining with widespread views.
