Alterations and additions to a two storey cottage. For a better indoor-outdoor connection, the living area at the second level opens with new sliding doors onto a new extended deck. A new stairway connects the new deck with the terrace level below. To take better advantage of the large garden, a bridge and a deck with access from the existing terrace and from the lower level of the garden are added, creating new areas to entertain. A third level in the attic space and a pool are approved in the Development Application and may be built at a later date.
