BeforeThis proposal is for the refurbishment of an apartment building's main entry lobby, street frontage and upgrade of outdated external finishes. The exterior brickwork finish is retained, the decaying mosaics are replaced by vibrant coloured aluminium or glass panels, and the balustrades are also replaced. To improve the access and enlarge the present lobby, the existing external lobby becomes internal and a garden security wall and landscaping define the street edge and create an entrance.
