A small corner building with six luxury apartments has been designed for a corner site in Rose Bay. The three storey building has a basement for garaging 12 resident cars. The apartments are simply laid out to either side of a stair and elevator core, providing them with three external walls and no party walls. Each apartment has large living areas along its northern side, and bedrooms to the south. The living areas lead directly to large balconies at the first and second floors and to private gardens at the ground floor. The building has a contemporary styling while having compatible scale and bulk relationships with neighbouring houses and apartment buildings. Stringent Council controls have substantially conditioned the building form.
