Alterations and additions to a 1970's apartment building to create an entire new apartment in the building undercroft. The vacant undercroft space existed on the property title of the upper floor apartment owned by our client, but had never been developed. As the real estate became increasingly valuable, it made sense to attempt to create a dwelling unit in the unused space. Owners Corporation approval was obtained, and approval negotiated with Council and the adjacent property owners.
